Kate Liu-Bevan

Partnership with clients is at the centre of Kate’s philosophy. Her work focuses on leadership advisory at individual, team and organisation levels. She brings a commercial mindset to create clarity and enable meaningful impact.

Kate grew up in rural China from a farming background. She has since lived in multiple countries and risen to hold a range of senior leadership roles across industries, and has latterly established herself as a trusted and impactful leadership adviser.

Her early life in difficult circumstances was formative in providing cultural context and an international perspective. This has governed her journey and grounded her coaching and advisory work. Her experiences enable her to bring insight and empathy to those embarked on transformational change in their professional lives.
